BREATHING TECHNIQUES
WORKSHOP

TO MANAGE STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND INSOMNIA

An introduction to the science of the breathing referred to as Pranayama in the yogic tradition. Pranayama is essentially the science of controlling the mind and nervous system through the breath.
Participants will learn simple but powerful ways to control the nervous system through breathing techniques and life style changes to create more balance and well being.

YOGA DANCE WORKSHOP

A journey inside yourself through breath asanas & dance.

Through a physical work based on different approaches like Yoga, Gyrotonic®, floor work and contemporary dance we are going to explore our body and the space around us.

YOGA BEGINNER WORKSHOP

You will be introduced to basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), philosophy and relaxation (meditation) and their benefits.
Together you will explore fluid sequences of movements such as the ‘sun salutation’, as well as standing and sitting postures.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding.
